Located along former US-77 on the north side of Wahoo, this large deck girder bridge crosses Sand Creek.
Built in 1917, the bridge features a single deck plate girder span, approached by trestle approaches on either side. The piers of the bridge consist of concrete piles.
It is unknown if this is the original location of the bridge, although it is likely. The concrete pile piers are typical of 1930s-1960s style bridges.
Overall, this bridge appears to still be in good condition. The green colored paint appears to have been standard for this line.

The author has ranked this bridge as being locally significant, due to the common design.
